Brief Portrait

Since 1955, Immofonds Asset Management AG has been investing in Swiss real estate as an independent fund management and asset manager. We have the aspiration and goal to sustainably generate value for institutional and private investors with commitment and to create living spaces with character with enthusiasm.

Our main focus is on stable residential properties that generate steady returns through structural and energy development, thus reflecting a longer-term investment horizon.

With a small, professional team of real estate and finance professionals as well as lean and efficient structures, we manage two products – the listed IMMOFONDS and the IMMOFONDS suburban. We continuously develop these to provide tenants with attractive living spaces in the long term and to secure a stable portfolio for investors today and in the future.

Milestones

As the administrator of one of Switzerland's largest and oldest real estate funds, Immofonds Asset Management AG has placed special emphasis on long-term oriented action for 70 years. This fundamental attitude has shaped our understanding of responsible business practices since its founding in 1955.
