IMMOFONDS suburban schliesst Kapitalerhöhung 2022 ab
Die Kapitalerhöhung für den Immobilienfonds IMMOFONDS suburban wurde in einem Umfeld schwieriger Finanzmärkte durchgeführt und es konnten Neugelder in der Höhe von CHF 8 Mio. aufgenommen werden. Der Emissionserlös wird für den weiteren Ausbau des Immobilienportfolios entlang der Anlagestrategie verwendet.
Zürich, 28. September 2022 – Die Fundsleitung IMMOFONDS Asset Management AG hat die Kapitalerhöhung (15. September bis 28. September 2022) für den Immobilienfonds IMMOFONDS suburban in einem Marktumfeld äusserst volatiler Kapital- und Finanzmärkte durchgeführt und einen Mittelzufluss von insgesamt CHF 8 Mio. erzielt. Der Emissionserlös wird für eine strategiekonforme Diversifizierung und den Ausbau des Portfolios eingesetzt. Insbesondere können damit zwei bereits angebundene Wohnliegenschaften erworben werden.
Die Emission erfolgte auf «best effort»-Basis im Rahmen eines Bezugsangebots in der Schweiz. Das Bezugsverhältnis war 1:1. Insgesamt wurden 74 850 neue Anteile mit einem Bezugspreis von CHF 106.50 netto pro neuen Anteil des IMMOFONDS suburban ausgegeben. Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile erfolgt am 30. September 2022. Alle neuen Anteile sind für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 voll ausschüttungsberechtigt. Die Gesamtanzahl der sich im Umlauf befindenden Anteile beläuft sich nach der Kapitalerhöhung auf 474 850 Anteile.
Die Zürcher Kantonalbank hat die Kapitalerhöhung als Selling Agent begleitet. Die Zuger Kantonalbank stellt für den IMMOFONDS suburban den ausserbörslichen Handel der Immobilienfondsanteile sicher.

Professional treasury exists when a technically qualified person experienced in finance is permanently entrusted with the management of financial resources within or outside the company or private investment structure. Wealthy private clients and private investment structures established for them can declare that they want to be treated as professional clients if they credibly declare that they i) have the knowledge necessary to understand the risks of investments based on their personal education and professional experience in the financial sector and have assets of at least 0.5 million Swiss francs; or ii) have assets of at least 2 million Swiss francs.
Qualified investors within the meaning of Art. 10 Para. 3ter CISA in conjunction with Art. 6a of the Ordinance on Collective Investment Schemes are private clients for whom a financial intermediary according to Art. 4 Para. 3 lit. a FinSA or a foreign financial intermediary subject to equivalent prudential supervision provides asset management or investment advisory services within the meaning of Art. 3 lit. c nos. 3 and 4 FinSA in the context of a permanent asset management or investment advisory relationship, unless they have declared that they do not want to be treated as such.
