Subscription Period for Capital Increase of IMMOFONDS suburban Starts on September 15, 2022
The subscription period for the capital increase in the amount of a maximum of CHF 42.6 million of the real estate fund IMMOFONDS suburban begins on September 15, 2022. The funds flowing in from the capital increase will be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio newly launched in December 2021 in line with the investment strategy.
Zurich, September 13, 2022 – The fund management Immofonds Asset Management AG is conducting a capital increase of up to a maximum of CHF 42.6 million for IMMOFONDS suburban during the period from September 15 to September 28, 2022, 12:00 noon CEST. The capital increase is to take place while preserving the subscription rights of existing shares. Each existing share will be allocated one (1) subscription right. 1 subscription right entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share certificate (subscription ratio 1:1). As part of the capital increase, a maximum of 400,000 new shares will therefore be issued.
The subscription price is CHF 106.50 net per new share of IMMOFONDS suburban and was determined in accordance with the fund agreement (§ 17). There will be no official subscription rights trading. Subscription rights not exercised will expire worthless after the end of the subscription period. After the subscription period expires, the exact number of new shares to be issued will be determined. The payment for the newly issued shares will take place on September 30, 2022.
Assuming that all subscription rights are exercised and the capital increase is carried out in full, the result is a transaction volume of max. CHF 42.6 million. The new shares are fully entitled to distributions for the 2022 financial year.
The issue proceeds will be used for the further expansion of the high-quality real estate portfolio in line with the investment strategy.
