Our Self-Understanding
As a fund management company approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and an independent asset manager, we specialize in the management of investment vehicles with direct Swiss real estate investments for private and institutional investors.
In this Code of Conduct, we define the values according to which we act and which we expect from our bodies and business partners. The Board of Directors stands behind this Code of Conduct and supports its compliance.
Our Vision
Our investors participate through regular distributions and market-appropriate performance in the success of our ecologically and socially sustainably managed real estate investment products. We awaken a sense of ownership pride in our investors.
With regard to investments and portfolio developments, long-term orientation, consistency of returns, and value retention are priorities. In order to successfully position the managed properties in the tenant market over the long term and thus generate regular income, we create living spaces with character.

Independence
We avoid conflicts of interest. When taking on secondary positions, we carefully consider whether a potential conflict of interest could exist. We have clear rules for dealing with conflicts of interest.
